LIFT just celebrated our 1 year anniversary in October and it was a huge success! We have an extensive variety of services and group exercise classes including spinning, pilates and yoga. In order to maintain the best in rehabilitative care, REACT physical therapy is based inside LIFT at 55 Lumber Road.
